Good gift set, could improve
I got one of their Curated Gift Sets as a present. Ordering was smooth enough, the website was easy to navigate. It arrived well-packed within five business days, which was fine. The items inside were good quality, especially the candle. I did find the customer service response a bit slow when I had a question about delivery; it took two days to hear back. But overall, a solid choice for a gift.
Solid quality, minor snag
I purchased a couple of the Floral Scented Candles. The quality is definitely there, the scents are lovely and not overpowering, and they burn evenly. I was impressed with the presentation when they arrived, very secure and elegant packaging. Shipping took just under a week, which was reasonable. My only slight complaint was the tracking updates were a little sparse after it left their warehouse; I had to guess when it might actually show up. Otherwise, it was a good experience and the candles are worth it.

I ordered a Signature Luxury Candle. It smelled great and got here pretty quick, took about 4 days to reach me in California. Packaging was simple but felt fancy. I'd definitely buy from them again for gifts.
